Larry Baldwin, MD
Dr. Larry Baldwin is a fellowship-trained Glaucoma specialist who is a native of the Central Coast. His practice includes the management and treatment of glaucoma, small-incision cataract surgery with the latest in lens implant technology, and comprehensive eye care. He has lived and worked in San Luis Obispo County since 1989, performing thousands of intraocular micro-surgeries for the correction and control of cataracts and glaucoma.
Dr. Baldwin is a graduate of Cabrillo High School in Lompoc and received his Bachelor's Degree with honors from Pepperdine University. He then attended Vanderbilt School of Medicine before receiving his ophthalmology training at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Ky. While at the University of Kentucky, he also completed a fellowship in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of glaucoma and served as an associate professor on the ophthalmology faculty.
Larry loves life on the Central Coast and is actively involved in local musical and theatre groups, church and charity organizations. He is devoted to his wife Laurie and children Haley and Bryan. He is also an avid Dodgers fan.
